Ward-Nasse Gallery New York City January 01 2013

An illusion of a floating painting is something Agneta Livijn never thught about before the spring of 2013. But a visit to Ward-Nasse Gallery in New York truely changed that. Inspired by the idéa she saw in front of her, she combined her watergarden paintings with a plexiglass frame. The final prototype was a floating watergardens painting inside a plexiframe, giving the illusion of a floating painting. But for Agneta, this wasn't only another painting, but a new kind of painting. A viewer even called it "portable art"!
